Everyone who’d like to join is welcome — so this is a warm yes. Some of the people we’re most excited about are just beginning. Everyone starts somewhere.
How it works
£25 a stall — and for first-timers, a donation of your choosing. Your fee goes straight back into the gathering — the barn, the music, the welcome.
Every kind of grower, maker and healer is welcome — a barn where you can taste, learn, be mended and surprised all under one roof. Tables, rails or a bit of floor — tell us what your setup needs and we’ll find it a home.
Book your stall below and you’re in. Straight away you’ll get a welcome pack with directions, parking, timings and set-up — Karina will be in touch personally to say hello, and we’ll tell your story to our whole community as part of Meet the Many Hands.
What we’ll ask you
First time only — if you’ve had a stall with us before, we already have all of this. Choose “I’ve had a stall before” and you’re two clicks from booked.
Your name, or your business name — however you'd like to be known
What you make or grow — a sentence or two is plenty
Where you're based — village, town or area
Instagram, if you have it — so we can tag you — no worries if not
A little story — how you started, why you do it, what you love about it — this is the part people fall for
A photo or five — of you, your work, or both. Phone photos are fine
