Verity has been a Reiki Master for over twenty years, combining the gentle healing energy of Reiki with the vibrations of crystal and sound healing to support deep relaxation, balance and wellbeing. Alongside Reiki she offers crystal healing, sound healing, Hopi ear candling and heart-opening cacao ceremonies — each one available on its own, or thoughtfully combined into a personalised healing journey. She holds advanced qualifications in every therapy she offers.
Every month she also hosts a Full Moon Circle: a cacao ceremony, an immersive guided meditation with carefully chosen crystals, an oracle card pull and a mindful creative activity to ground the evening.
