Forme Ceramics began when Isabel moved to the small village of Saxby and found herself drawn to the beauty, serenity and laid-back pace of village life. After years of sixty-hour weeks in administration, working with clay became a welcome change — and a chance to embrace a more mindful way of living.
Using a combination of hand-building and wheel throwing, she makes small-batch ceramics inspired by the English countryside, nature and the simple joy of everyday objects. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted by hand, which makes each one unique.
