Tee Christie is a professional forager and wild-food chef from Saxby All Saints, North Lincolnshire. Under the name Feral, she gathers what the hedgerows, coast and woodland offer through the seasons and turns those harvests into wild, seasonal feasts, preserves and bakes.
It’s a craft built on real grounding: she’s a member of the Association of Foragers, part of the Wild Biome Project 2025, and brings fourteen years of artisan baking to the table. Beyond the food itself, Tee runs wild-food experiences and workshops — teaching people to see the edible landscape all around them.
For Tee, foraging is more than food — it’s a path back to the land, to self-trust, and to a joyful, grounded life.
