Crumb & Kin is a mother-and-daughter home bakery, born in February this year when Dani was looking to return to work after maternity leave with her little boy, Leo. With limited childcare options, a lifetime's passion for baking and a love of working together, the two of them started their own bakehouse.
They take classic bakes and flavours everyone already knows and remake them in a whole new form — carrot cake cinnamon rolls, banana bread Biscoff-stuffed cookies, Black Forest cookie slices. The loaded cookie slices and the humble treacle tart are both regularly described as the best a customer has ever had. They're best known for the signature chocolate-chunk cornflake-coated cookies — especially the “Breakfast in Dubai”, stuffed with pistachio crème.
